Our students had a guest speak from out own Storm Lake today. They learned about how our lake gets polluted and how that affects the fish in the lake. They finished the presentation with a craft activity.
Educating children about water pollution and its effects can mean a lot. As days go by, reality tells us that the Earth’s water system is getting less safe, and some are even intoxicated. The children today are the hope of the future. Time will come when they have to make a stand and help Earth become a better place to live in.
